Calming Down

Ok, so I admit when I posted about Chris' new calling I was obviously overwhelmed. I am calming down and seeing things a little bit more clearly. We have been so blessed and i know we have been prepared for this. It is amazing how time and hindsight can combine and make things that were so random at the time fall into place. But, I am still me, Chris is still Chris, and the kids are just as goofy as ever. Pop culture still reigns supreme at this house and nobody takes themselves too seriously. If anything, we hope to come out of this just a little more prepared and with it ourselves. Things don't change as much as I was thinking, and somehow Chris still manages to take off his socks in such a way, that every single one of them, every single time are inside out! (So much for the little blessings....) I love our life :o)

Christmas is underway here. Kids are out of school and loving it! So am I. We made our annual gingerbread (graham cracker) houses for FHE on Monday. So much fun. Ella enjoyed herself and the bath immediately after. I will post pictures probably about Valentines Day.
