Freezing!

We turned the heat on this morning. We had ice on our windshields. The change in the weather happened overnight. Last night I completely changed the dinner plans and made a big pot of our new favorite soup. Full credit for that recipe goes to Shanlie :o) Yummy, chinese hot and sour soup. Spicy and flavorful, absolutely divine on a cold day. It has mushrooms, pork, bamboo shoots (Noahs favorite) and tofu (lauren's favorite.) Delightful! I will post the recipe later this afternoon, when my little ones are having quiet time. I was just wondering what all of your families "comfort" meal or favorite soup was on a cold day? I am sure I will have a chance to try all of your favorites in the near future :o)
