Ahh the sounds, smells and sights of spring. The world is waking up and happiness is once again peeking out of the clouds in the form of sunshine and warmth. Kids are practically skipping with excitement and plans for great outdoor fun. The snow has melted, the driveway is clear, and I can once again get out the greatest outdoor toy ever known to mankind, the Ezy Roller! Fun for little kids and not so little kids (me.) You push your feet from side to side to get it going, then little adjustments with your feet steer the roller where you want it to go. It's that simple, yet so much fun. I found this last spring at Magical Moon toys in Logan, and thought it could be fun. Oh yes! So much so, I had a hard time sharing it with the kids. My sweet, sweet husband then to my surprise ordered me my very own pink ezy roller and had it delivered with a note that said "Dear Jessica, I'm tired of breaking up the fights, enjoy. Love, Chris" So now, I get to Ezy Roll to my heart's content without the pesky problem of being the mom and feeling the need to sacrifice my happiness for the sake of my children. So, happy spring everyone! I am headed outside to enjoy mine.
Noah and Kamran (our neighbor who saved up his allowance all last summer and got his own ezy roller) doing thier reading outside in the sun earlier this week. Chris caught this on his phone when he got home from work. They were reading and rolling in circles around our driveway.
Ohh the ezy roller. I love that he saved up his money to buy one, if either you or they get a new toy so does the other one. You should move before they learn to drive real cars j/k :)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe what good pictures his phone takes! that's really when you catch the moments is with phones, unfortunately mine is small and blurry. I can't wait to start going outside more!!!
