We are coming to the end of our Spring Break week. We have had lots of fun and could really use two more days. Not another week, just a couple of days. We took the kids to Boise for a few days and played around. Really the kids just played in the swimming pool and didn't want to do anything else. We could have stayed in Pocatello at a hotel and they would have been just as excited. We ate really great but not so great for us food and enjoyed cable television. Our kids are so deprived having just PBS kids here at home. Poor sad Disney deprived kiddos.
Looked around the new ISU Meridian Center and saw our daddy's office away from his office. What an amazing building and addition to ISU. Really, Go Bengals!
Ella is the most mother-y of all of our kids so far. We called her baby Ella the other day and she corrected us by telling us she is now a big sister. She talks, hugs, entertains, and reads to the "baby in the belly." We went on a walk the other day and she asked if we should put shoes on the baby before we left. She was very concerned that the baby would get cold without a jacket. So darling. We told her we would be finiding out if we were having a boy or a girl this week, and she asked what would happen if we found out it was a baby. Again, Ella, odds are good.
Spring where are you?? I am growing out of my regular clothes daily. I refuse to invest in anything other than spring/summer clothing. Snow are you kidding me?!
We are getting ready to re-shingle our roof. I am so very excited. When did new shingles become the most exciting thing in the world. Maybe Peter Pan was right...growing up is sometimes just a little sad. (But then again, new shingles and soffet, and gutters oh my...I am smiling as I type this.)
Service Fair to organize this next couple of weeks and then I can feel like I am not living at my kids school.
Noah is getting ready for Expedition Yellowstone. This year's course of study is Wolves and Ecosystems. So cool!
I dislike heartburn.
I really, really dislike heartburn, but I do love feeling little kicks and movement from this little one.
Time to switch laundry, and watch the "boys" play some Wii while I fold.
