Kind of by accident and a lot of forgetfulness Lauren and I pressed a rose mid-summer. Like I said, we didn't really plan it, I stuck it inside one of her coloring books and forgot it was there. We found it two weeks ago and it was beautiful. I remembered this project from "Family Fun" and decided to press some flowers on purpose. We found the last remaining flowers of summer from our house and the nieghbors, put them in newspaper, stacked them with books, and put them under Lauren's bed. Yesterday we pulled them out and made fairies. Check it out.....
