Snow

This week we have seen flurries of snow practically every day.  I can't imagine living in a place without snow.  I especially love the days when each snowflake is a work of wonder.  Monday was one of those days.  Ella and I took out a black sheet of cardstock and "caught" falling snowflakes.  I think she thought we were just watching them melt and did not so much get the idea of the flakes having a shape, but I was impressed.  I confess that I spent quite a bit of time just looking out my window on Monday.  Not a whole lot got done, but I filled up my "mom tank"  with some pretty images and felt a little bit more ready to face the week.  Do you miss the snow yet Shanlie?
